At this time, we are happy to provide you with the quotation, based on your vessel details.
- Berthing rates is based on the registered length of the vessel, or measured from "bow to stern" and to the extent of any permanent fixture (the "overall length").
- Catamaran, trimaran or large Monohull (vessel surpassing the allocated width) will be x 1.25 berthing charges.
- Berthing Rental are based on physical measurement of Vessel / Berth length or whichever is greater.
- Rates will be revised and supersede after physical measurement. Physical measurements will be conducted when your vessel arrives. We seek your assistance to kindly allow our marina staff to take the measurements and verify all data to prevent any disputes.
Please note that the prices are subject to change until such time as we receive your written
confirmation and supporting documents.
Please note that it is mandatory for all pleasure craft to submit all required documents by email to marina.enquiry@pinetreemarinaresortsb.com at least 72 hours prior to arrival. You will be denied entry into the marina if you have not completed and submitted the required documents in advance.
- Agency Fee at RM150.00 per boat including 4 people on board (Captain / Crew / Passenger).
- Additional RM5.00 per person for the following crew / passenger.
Freshwater and electricity are charged based on consumption.
- Water is charged at RM 6.00 per m3
- Power is charged at RM 0.80 per kWh

For any boats checking out of the Marina, kindly inform the Marina Office a minimum of ONE (1) day (before 12 P.M.) prior to departure.
RHB and Maybank ATM machines are available at Kota Iskandar & Ferry Terminal for cash withdrawals and basic banking transactions within a 10 minute walking distance from the marina.
