Grand Launch of Pinetree Marina – December 2024

Pinetree Marina & Resort proudly unveiled its revitalised marina facilities at a grand launch ceremony in December 2024. The event, officiated by the Honourable Menteri Besar of Johor, marked a new chapter for Puteri Harbour’s transformation into a premier maritime hub. 

The upgraded marina now features 76 berths designed for yachts and leisure boats of varying sizes, equipped with modern services such as a fuel dock, metered power supply, and fresh-water connections. Guests also benefit from convenient amenities including 24-hour CCTV security, shower and laundry facilities, Wi-Fi access, and a Customs, Immigration & Quarantine (CIQ) complex to support international arrivals. 

This expansion complements the resort’s luxury accommodation, dining outlets, and event spaces, making Pinetree Marina & Resort an all-in-one destination for both leisure travellers and the yachting community. 

Future developments will include a Private Marina and a Mega Yacht Marina, reinforcing our commitment to positioning Johor as a key destination on the Southeast Asian maritime map. 

The grand launch was attended by industry leaders, government representatives, and media partners, underscoring the importance of this milestone for both hospitality and marine tourism.
